Alan Samsa

Alan Samsa is an internationally recognised Road Safety Expert and Transport Planner / Traffic Engineer with extensive experience in road safety policy and auditing, transport infrastructure planning, strategic route studies, transport economic analysis, traffic impact assessments, access design and evaluation, local area traffic management (LATM), transport network modelling, intersection analysis, pedestrian facility planning, bicycle route planning, and accident investigations. Alan plays an active part in promoting and improving transport planning and traffic engineering practices including being past Vice-Chairman of IEAust’s (Sydney Division) Transport Panel.

Alan is also a qualified and experienced Landscape Architect. He has several years of overseas experience in projects covering diverse areas such as highways, urban design, educational facilities, leisure facilities and residential/housing developments.
